4.3 Deliverables

Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, upon full payment of all fees, you will receive a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose. I retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in the deliverables, including any pre-existing materials, templates, frameworks, or development tools used to create them.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in our project agreement. Unless otherwise stated:

  • A deposit may be required before work begins
  • Invoices are due upon receipt
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

6. Confidentiality

I respect the confidentiality of any non-public information shared during our professional relationship and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to fulfill my obligations under our agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Any unauthorized access to or use of my servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from my website

8. Warranty and Disclaimer

I warrant that the services I provide will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with industry standards. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied.

Either party may terminate our agreement under the conditions specified in our project agreement. Upon termination:

  • You will pay for all services rendered up to the termination date
  • I will deliver all completed work for which payment has been received
  • Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If I make changes, I will provide notice by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of my website or services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
